Kyle B. Parker


Kyle graduated from the Walter F. George School of Law of Mercer University in 2003, and holds an undergraduate degree in business administration with an emphasis on management. After law school, Kyle was selected for judicial law clerk position by the Honorable J. Carlisle Overstreet and the Honorable Carl C. Brown, Jr. in Augusta, Georgia for whom he served for one year before moving to the Solicitor's Office for the First Judicial Circuit in Orangeburg, South Carolina. There, Kyle prosecuted numerous felony cases, where he gained valuable trial experience.

Kyle's clerkship experiences, both during and after law school, allowed him to focus on estate planning, probate administration, and business matters. Kyle's main areas of practice center around probate administration and litigation and estate planning, including, trusts, wills, and other complex estate planning mechanisms. Kyle also handles real estate transactions, loan closings, business formations, and business related litigation.
