W. Chad Jenkins

After graduating from University of South Carolina School of Law in 1999, Chad was selected to be a judicial law clerk for Circuit Judge Kenneth Goode of the 6th Judicial Circuit (1999-2000). He has been with Pope & Hudgens, P.A. since August 2000.
Chad's practice areas include criminal law, civil litigation, Social Security Disability, and family court work. His criminal defense expertise has developed quickly and his caseload includes helping clients facing charges of all types (e.g. assaults, drug offenses, DUI, etc.). In civil cases he has handled or assisted on cases involving wrongful death, insurance issues, bad faith, class actions, construction negligence, and workers' compensation.
